Lamba are looking to secure new industry partners to distribute their Kam brand of audio, lighting and entertainment technology to European markets. The augmented range of equipment from Kam encompasses creative mixers, turntables, pro rack mixers, speakers, amplifiers and intelligent lighting, as well as microphones, processors and karaoke equipment.
The company have also launched a raft of new gear ahead of the Frankfurt show this year.
In the audio sphere, the company unveil the Extreme 18 Subwoofer, the MP3200 CD player and the KCA 1200 amp. They also release several intelligent lighting products including the DJ250 colour scan and wash and the LED 800.
The LED 800 panel consists of 648 ultra bright LEDs divided into eight groups, each of which can be controlled individually via DMX. The units use various DMX control modes, and its beam unit can be alternated between 15, 25 and 40 degrees. The panel also boasts eight pre-set programs and a range of pre-programmed effects, including electronic strobing of up to 50 flashes a second.
The company is also about to reveal the new Kam iPod mixer, which will be capable of delivering all the dexterity and functionality of a typical DJ or CDJ set-up to the digital DJ. With two docking stations for iPods, it is hoped that the new mixer will corner the emerging market of new DJ talent who have embraced the digital format, saving on transport of bulky flightcase and capable of mixing thousands of tracks.
The company are looking for the right partners to begin distribution of their great value products throughout Europe, and will be available for meetings at Frankfurt. Otherwise contact Chris Osborne from their exports team.
