Martin Professional offer two high end lighting controllers for the club technology installer - the windows-based Martin Light Jockey controller, and the Xciter interface. The Xciter (pictured) closes the circle on total performance control, providing complete functionality to your fingertips with instant pitch adjustment, freeze, flash, blackout, master fader and more. From the most personal show to mid-sized performances, the Xciter gives the light jockey total control of their plot, controlling up to 40 fixtures with a maximum of 48 channels and dimmers (a final total of 512 channels), and allowing the user to add ‘Pan’ and ‘Tilt’ shape effects with timing effects.

Users can also add any effect to a single channel (including timing effects), and to choose between up to 10 manual override scenes during playback on the unit’s faders. Other key features include the freeze button, a master fader to adjust general light intensity and four programmable custom buttons to recall any programme feature.

Also from Martin, the LightJockey 2.7 is a flexible, easy to use Windows-based controller that is available with a single Universal USB-DMX Interface. The software features a large fixture library and user configurable editor, a solid beam virtual visualizer for programming shows off-site and compatibility with MP3, CD, SMPTE and Midi timecodes.

Finally, the Martin RGB Laser 1.6 is a compact and lightweight Class 4 laser with deep saturated colors and true whites. Boasting a long diode lifetime, the Marin Laser 1.6 is a robust unit that won’t misalign under regular installation conditions. The unit is DMX compatable and allows real time effect programming, editing and viewing.

The Martin RGB Laser 1.6 comes with Martin Laser Software included.
